The BH Fitness Columbia Pro also has wheels which allow for simple room to room movement and a hydraulic quick lock folding system to save space and time. The pulse measurement on the hand rails of the Treadmill and the Heart Rate Control feature automatically changes the workout intensity to maintain your effort at chosen Heart Rate Zones. This is a safer way to train and by targeting certain zones you can reach specific goals faster, such as fat burning.
