Don't be fooled by the name. The VibroGym is the Originally Plate, formerly known as POWER PLATE. This is the machine that was used for all the research that is widely reported in the press, and this is the machine used by many famous celebrities. The major difference between the VibroGym and the current 'Next Generation' Power Plate platform is that the VibroGym Domestic and VibroGym Professional both use stainless steel in the main body while the Power-Plate is manufactured out of reinforced plastic. In a piece of equipment which vibrates up to 50 times a second the main manufacturing material is of critical importance. The difference in performance between the two machines caused by the type materials used will be reflective in the overall results.
VibroGym Domestic is designed for usage in your home. It offers a large variety of exercises while it takes up very little space.
Based on the principle of ‘whole body vibration’ it introduces a new, highly effective training method: VibroTraining®.
VibroGym Domestic was developed by Marcel Tamminga – Dutch designer, engineer and founder of VibroGym International. The VibroGym is produced in the Netherlands, so you can be guaranteed a high quality engineered product, unlike similar products that are manufactured in the Far East. The complex motor construction consists of a patented one motor system built into the vibration platform. It is steered, controlled and synchronized through electronics by Siemens.
